One of the 2484DF's key protective features is its ability to maintain a safe interior temperature even when fire rages outside the safe. For example, if the surrounding temperature hits 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, the interior of the safe will remain below 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius) for a full 20 minutes, helping to prevent serious damage to your valuables. The 2484DF is easy to operate. The programmable digital lock lets you enter a unique pass code of three to eight digits, so there's no need to carry or hide an additional key or card. Simply type in your selected code and the safe will open. In an emergency or power failure, you can use the safe's override key to gain entry.
